need to scan with source port of 0 (-g 0)

Didn't see anything in the archives on this.  But the latest version of nmap
(and previous ones) does not allow me to send traffic with a source port of
0 (i.e. the -g flag is 0 on the command line).  A destination port of 0 is
allowed and works.
