TCP options field

Hi all.
How can i  extract “TCP options field ” from TCP packet .
I am receiving TCP packet of size 74 in which, 14 bytes of Ethernet header 20 for IP ,20
for TCP header and the remaining 20 byte  are options bytes.
I extract each and every thing except 20 option bytes of tcp packet . So some buddy guide me how can i extract it.
