Misleading message: System appears to be up

Me again,

just another very minor request that bothers me for ages: I think the
message "Host 192.168.9.255 appears to be up ... good." is misleading in
the case of an -P0. What about "%u.%u.%u.%u is now scheduled for
scanning." or something similar?
