Nmap Development: Re: nmap under Windows

Yo, SP2 is really strict on what programs can receive connections
through certain 'ports'.  If you have admin access, change the access
rights for that program.  Have you made sure your firewall setting
hasn't prevented 'outgoing' ports from your machine?
