NSE_TYPE_READ

hi, I've been using nmap for a while and the last 3 days I've ran into an error... it says "Unexpected error in NSE_TYPE_READ callback. Error code: 10053 (Unkown error)" ehmm.. it happens when I use the -sX -sV scan (nmap -sX -sV IP)... any idea of whats wrong? I've used this scan method previously and this error didn't happen...
