Compiling nmap on Tiger

Hi,

For people wishing to compile the nmap commandline tool on the new
Mac OS X 10.4, they will need to use:
configure --without-nmapfe CPPFLAGS=-I/Developer/SDKs/
MacOSX10.4.0.sdk/usr/include LDFLAGS=-L/Developer/SDKs/
MacOSX10.4.0.sdk/usr/lib
