Nmap Development: RE: Failed to determine dst MAC address for target ***.***.***.***

Hopefully ***.***.***.*** is you hiding the IP address of the host you
want to scan.

You should grab the latest 3.93 version of nmap.

Nmap (thanks to libpcap/winpcap) doesn't really support PPP (dial-up)
links, particularly since XPsp2. (IIRC)
