[PATCH]: nmapfe GTK2 migration fixes - Combobox stuff

Hello,

Another patch which gets rid of some deprecated code. This is against
nmap-0.36b1 (I didn't have iternet connection for a while), but I hope
this still applies for beta3.

nmap-0.96b1-gtk2-migration-part1
  * Replaces GtkItemFactoryEntry combobox creation with newer
GtkComboBox API
  * also gets rid of one Gtk-Critical-Error message ;)
