For a quick start you could use the online ASCII Art Generator at
http://www.network-science.de/ascii/
Put in "Nmap" as the text and choose "_all fonts with your text".

But maybe it's a better idea to contact a real ASCII artist. A nice list
can be found at http://www.ascii-art.de/ascii/uvw/who_is_who.txt
