Nmap Development: Nmap TXT files output TO XML or XLS

Hi everybody,

I did a full scan of an several IP ranges (a lot of IP adresses) during one
full day.
I forgot to put the option -oX to obtain an XML output and I don't have the
time to do it again.
Now, I have an .txt file (with the Nmap results) which I would like to
convert into XLS or XML format.

Does anyone have a solution (or a script)?
