I must confess  I have not tried this test release but i am curious if
the WinPcap 3.1 that is included in the Win32 Installer is any different
than the Standard WinPcap?  Some of us use WinPcap for Ethereal and and
other applications.

I see the Zip version is included without the WinPcap.  I hope this will
continue to be the case in the future.
