Nmap Development: Scanning a W2K Server

Hi Folks,

A user just filed the following bug report. I think that the error is
on os recognition system. Am I right?

Initial Comment:
I conducted OS detection using these two commands:

nmap -O -v
nmap -T Aggressive -O -v

All three came back the same, Windows 2000 servers Service Pack 3. All
three servers have Service Pack 4 on them. If you need  more
information to help resolve this, let me know. I would be glad to
help.
