Please review the edited nmap.rc

It uses resource.h instead of winres.h or afxres.h. No more MFC.
Please test, but it works great for me.

It also removes a lot of cruft from the file, as well as updating
version information and removing or editing some StringFileInfo
fields.

My favorite:

VALUE "Comments", "This build may not be equivalent to the official nMap 2.53\0"

I kept it as an empty string. "\0"
