Nick,
No worries, there has always been a little WIN32 weirdness... such
is the life on a proprietary OS that doesn't want you mucking with the
network stack.
If you wouldn't mind, please send the output of
nmap -vv -d9 -p80 -sS 192.168.1.82
as well as
nmap --iflist
Maybe we can troubleshoot this for you.
