In summary we can add pcap support to nsock or
use some ugly and not portable hack.

I also think that modifying nsock is the cleanest solution.
But on the other hand nsock will depend on libpcap and libdnet
which is not very good.

I hope that Fyodor will accept changes to nsock as far as they
are clean and elegant enough.

If we're going to support raw sockets in NSE we'll need some
extra information about target.
 - whether the target is in our LAN, it's mac address
 - outgoing interface
