Hello! If you do
nmap -sS --send-ip LOCAL_LAN_IP --packet-trace
or
nmap -P0 -sS --send-ip LOCAL_LAN_IP --packet-trace
etc.
Nmap's packet trace option shows that the packets are being sent even
when they're not due to not knowing the MAC-address to the target. I
mean the problem is pretty much because of user error but --packet-trace
should probably not show packets being sent that aren't actually sent,
or?
