NMap on Windows Vista
From: Jesse Stengel <jesse () ece arizona edu>

I noticed you wanted information on how NMap works in Windows Vista. The
initial answer is "just fine". I've got the RTM of Vista and WinPcap 3.1
with NMap 4.20. You need to run it as an administrator (or run a command
prompt as an administrator and use that) but it then seems to work fine.
Haven't tried anything advanced yet, but it talks to WinPcap and scans
as it should.
