I just searched through the other RFCs, and it looks like only UDP has
this rule. So, yeah, only the osscan.cc should be changed.


Search through the various kernel sources instead, and you'll find that
the same holds for IP, ICMP and pretty much every packet-type availabled.
UDP might be the only protocol it's RFC'd for, but it's done for all of
them (on most systems).
