Hi Amit,

> 1. xmloutputversion

This is for backwards compatibility in future versions. For instance
if we make a major change to the XML schema we can update this
variable so scripts can check which version they have to parse.

> 2. start (as it appears in nmaprun)

This is the same value as startstr but in the Unix time format
(seconds since 12am 1/1/1970)
