I'm not 100%, but here's my guess:

You called Nmap with -O, which means it runs the 2nd Gen OS detection
and fallbacks on the 1st if it fails. Maybe that's a 1st Gen
fingerprint rather than 2nd?

I would suggest running Nmap with -O2 and without --osscan-guess. I
don't think --osscan-guess is to blame, but I'm not entirely sure
about that either.
