RadialNet

Hi friends,

    I released a new version of RadialNet application. I change site
to view in IE, and remove the xhtml extension

        New features:

            * Added region feature;
            * Improve icons;
            * Map latency to text and as size of edge;
            * Draw black circle where locahost is grouped;
            * Change mouse button events to a new toolbar;
            * Add different ways to draw unknown nodes and edges latencies;
            * Decrease draw complexity.
