yes, 'all' does work. In fact it is supposed to be a first step
towards combination of categories with set operations. Example:
./nmap --script=(discovery and safe) or not intrusive; This was
planned for last SoC but Stoiko didn't get around to implementing it.
If somebody wants to give it a shot, I'll provide assistance.
