Nmap Development: [BUG]? Unrecognized option --resume

[BUG]? Unrecognized option --resume

Nmap is giving me a error when I am trying to use the --resume option. The
exact error it is giving me is "nmap: unrecognized option `--resume' . Then
it follows with the man page. I am running Windows XP SP2 fully updated at
the time. The scan I am using is "nmap -PE -sV -v -F -PS21,22,23,80,139 -O
-PA21,22,23,80,139 -iR 5000 -sS -PP -T Aggressive -PM -oA random_scan
--resume scandata ." Is this a bug?
