AFAIK it's not "dbapiz" but "dbapi2", wich comes with Python in
/usr/lib/python2.x/sqlite3/

Do you have a proper python installed ?

By the way, as an OpenSuSE user you could be interrested in the YUM
repomd I maintain. Configure your Yast this way :
Protocol : HTTP
Host : theblueline.fasthost.pl (alternative : ack-rst.com)
Directory : nmap/RPMS
