To clarify a little more, this means that if the --host-timeout is 10
minutes and the host took 9 minutes to complete port scanning, NSE
only has 1 minute left for that host.  But it might have more time
left for hosts which finished port scanning more quickly.  This isn't
just a timeout for each script.  Each host has a clock you'll see if
you look at how it is done in the other parts of Nmap.
