Problem in initiating NMAP

Hi,

I am using Windows Vista,NMAP 4.5.2, first i am not able to initialise NMAP
using the icon, then when i am trying to use NMAP using CLI it is giving me
error failed to open device eth1... attaching screenshot:

what could be problem?
