I don't think we need to support Windows Me.  Does anyone know if it
even works on that platform currently?  Nmap ships with WinPcap 4.0.2,
and they stopped supporting ME a while ago.  Though it is possible
that WinPcap 4.0.2 still works on ME (just isn't supported), or that
you could use Nmap on ME with an older WinPcap.
