Nmap Development: Please help..

hi,

     i have downloaded and installed nmap-4.65 for windows (windows self installer). After installing everything(including winPcap-4.0.2),  when i started the zenmap GUI and started the scan
 it says that,
 
      'The Application failed to intialize properly(0xc0150002).Click on OK to terminate the application'  with title as Application Error.

i also uninstalled and again installed. but the problem persist.. i am using
 
 Windows XP proffesional edition with 256MB RAM and 3GHZ processor speed....

please help me..
