Fyodor, I run a small IRC Network. It's got to nodes/servers. One in
USA< the other in Germany. It's
mostly empty, but it's up-to-date, secure, and I'll gladly provide
any services you or the rest of
the team might have.

I'd opt for one of the larger networks simply because I am on 4
servers already and I would like to keep the number of servers I
connect to as small as possible. I'd suggest freenode, many large OSS
projects are on freenode (lua, vim and emacs among others).
