Nmap Development: Nmap/Zenmap 4.60-test4 packages for Mac OS X

Hello,

I have prepared the fourth-round testing package of Nmap and Zenmap for
Mac OS X.

This release is meant to fix a crash reported on Mac OS X 10.4. If you
had a crash with 10.4 please give this release a try and write back with
your results.
