Nmap Development: google summer of code

a year or so ago i implemented a gps / tracking service for a trucking company  where i  intergrated the google maps 
api to give directions tell where the trucks have been, etc...  
i was thinking that withe the new GUI on nmap i could add this really cool google api feature to visual put pin marks 
along the routing marks to the destination.
i feel it would be enjoyed by all and the cooler the graphics the better the product is (the thought of most). but most 
i would be using it all the time
 

and if i have en of time apply this to cellphones too , but i don't want much on my plate
