Excellent point! As long as you're not attempting to connect to
the same destination host/port, you can still bind() multiple
sockets to the same source port. But ya, as someone mentioned,
there are still a few minor implementation problems:

* What if an application is listening on that port? Does it give
  up or use another port?
* I suppose NSE would need to know which scripts bind() to a port
  below 1025 so it can ensure they run with root privs.
* Does win32 allow you to bind source ports?
