Wifi bug fixed.

Hey everyone,

Earlier I reported the following bug:
"The error occurs when you flip the hardware wifi switch at the front
of the computer to the off position and run "nmap --iflist". The error
is a failed assertion."

It has been patched in nmap's svn, it was easy enough as changing an
if statment and removing a superfluous assertion. Now any time a NIC
reports its IP address as NULL, nmap wont crash.
