Nmap Development: Nmap not working

Hello, i'm running windows vista and i currently have Nmap v4.68.
 
The first problem i had was after hitting scan, Nmap would say 'Nmap's side-by-side configuration is incorrect. . .'
 
and now after trying to do a scan, nmap comes back with 'intf_loop failed', underneath that is says 'QUITTING!'
 
please help me out, what can i do to fix this?
