[NSE] small update to Whois

Hello,

The attached updated script includes changes to the IPv6 record cache as
suggested by Brandon [1] and uses Lua pcall() to catch errors which
might (but really should not be allowed to) cause nmap to enter an
infinite loop when using mutual exclusion as suggested by Patrick [2].
