Make domainname local rather than global. I expect this would cause
problems more tha one instance of this script were run at once.

Every thread running a script has its own global environment so there
should be no problem here (contrast with libraries which do not have a
different global environment for each running script). In any case,
local access is faster and should be encouraged.

Oh, okay. The real reason I changed it was that strict.lua was
complaining after I changed the domain-handling code.
