Goal is SPEED SPEED SPEED.
We try to scan an entire CLASS-B network in 30 minutes.

Anyone just focusing on the "speed" aspect doesn't have any chance to
make a "b.e.s.t" scanner. Not even a "b.e.t.t.e.r" one. Accuracy and
reliability are the keys, and are never mentionned in this todo.

This scanner would not take us very long to write, and it would BLOW
THE BALLS OFF OF NMAP.

$10 say not even in your wettest dream :)
