Hmm, I know you can upload and run a file, but I don't think you can upload and run a command against another file. 

I hadn't thought of that use case. :)

 Still no luck :/

Make sure tasklist.exe is in a folder contained in the target
system's
path. You can see the list of folders on a windows machine's path
by opening
a command prompt and typing: path
