A couple interesting Nmap links
From: Fyodor <fyodor () insecure org>

Hey folks! I thought I'd forward a couple interesting links:

The most amusing is from The Register today, about someone using Nmap
to discover and break into a police cruiser video system (during a
pen-test): "Hacker pwns police cruiser" at
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/05/03/cop_car_hacking/.

And the most useful is an "Advanced Nmap" guide from Security Aegis
which gives many good Nmap (including NSE) tips and also covers
companion tools Ncat, Nping, and Ncrack. You can find the article
here: http://www.securityaegis.com/advanced-nmap/

Cheers,
Fyodor
