Hello,

Accomplishment:
*Implemented the Netlink-based method of accessing Routing table, which was
ported from iproute2 tools.

Priorities:
*School duties.
*Design the new features of nmap-ipv6, especially on link-local host
discovery.
*Improve the implementation of the Netlink-based method of accessing Routing
table.
