The script will only run if the ports are discovered as open.
In your example both ports are reported as filtered, ie. not accessible
from the system you're scanning from.

Thanks, good to know. I was under the impression that nmap would do
only what the script said it would do. Is there no option to turn off "pre-scanning"?
