[NSE] Changes to http-auth

Hi all,

I've reworked the http-auth to handle multiple Authentication headers being
returned from the server.
While doing so, I changed the output a little. This is what it looks like
now, on a server providing Basic, Digest, NTLM and Kerberos authentication:
PORT STATE SERVICE REASON
80/tcp open http syn-ack
| http-auth:
| Negotiate
| NTLM
| Digest
| charset=utf-8
|
nonce=+Upgraded+v1e4e256b4afb7f89b3a43d2d904bdcc0180039935e1a3864cac873a52ea69d01f26b415223fb8d00a5aa50cfbbd3ff4ea
| qop=auth
| algorithm=MD5-sess
| realm=example.com
| Basic
|_ realm=example.com

Unless, someone feels strongly about keeping the old format I'll commit the
change in the near future.

Cheers,
Patrik
