Hello,Thank you for your reply!But I was trying to scan ,not
the localhost.But why the  nmap said that was localhost,it's
a remote host.

Check this message from the output:
        Skipping SYN Stealth Scan against because Windows
does not support scanning your own machine (localhost) this way.
What you should try instead is the -sT or --unprivileged option when
scanning your own local host.
