Hi,
I've just tried nmap on NetBSD, encouraged by your stats on your web page.
Unfortunately, it seems to have some endiannes problem: while it worked
out of the box on sparc (big endian), it did not work on intel (little
endian):
rfhpc8002# ./nmap delphi
Starting nmap V. 2.01 by Fyodor (fyodor_at_dhp.com, www.insecure.org/nmap/)
sendto in send_ip_raw: sendto(4, packet, 28, 0, 194.95.108.28, 16) =>
Invalid argument
Sleeping 15 seconds then retrying
It's always the same: Invalid argument. Any clue?
(I've tried several scanning options, it's always Invalid argument... I'm
guessing that's an endianness problem - things work really fine on the
sparc!)
Would be excellent if we could get this going anywhere.
