new(?) stealth scan & nmap patch

hi,

une month ago, i've discovered that the non complete XMAS scan cause the
same reply of XMAS/NULL/FIN scan, non complete scan is scan based with
flag:
URG
PSH
URG+PSH
PSH+FIN
FIN+URG

i don't think that this is an important technical notice, but the
tcplogd standard, and other scanner don log this packets (and i've coded
nmap-2.12 patch)
