Kiddie mode

A couple people sent me flames about the new skript kiddie mode. Perhaps
I didn't make it clear that it is a *joke*. I am not really going to make
it the default mode :). Hopefully people will chuckle when they try it
out or encounter it in the man page.

In any case, the REAL goal is to showcase Peter's flexible new output
system which will make it easier to add truly *USEFUL* new output modes.
such as HTML. -oS mode is just a demo and is meant to be silly.
