I tested BI in November 1999 and wasn't that positive.
I ran a ISS scan against BI and at the same time I made a DoS attack (Ping
of Death). BI was busy at that time and didn't find that I ran a FIN scan
with NMAP at the same time.
Even at that time BI announced that it would detect NMAP.
