Maintenance release of nPulse v0.31 a web-based network monitor using NMAP

Hello,

There have been a number of excellent suggestions and bug reports on nPulse
version 0.3. Some of them I decided to add/fix and release immediately. So
I've released a maintenance version of nPulse (version 0.31).

It never fails that as soon as you release a version, six things need to be
changed! Thanks to everyone who quickly responded!

For those who do not know, nPulse is a web-based network monitoring tool
that uses NMAP as its core network engine. It is available for a free
download at http://www.horsburgh.com in the downloads section.

As always, I continue to look for comments, suggestions, and feedback!
