iPAQ Linux port of Nmap 2.99RC1

Hi all,

I ported Nmap 2.99RC1 to arm-linux for the iPAQ (should work on Sharp too.).

The Frontend was ported by someone else for Qt-Embedded (also for iPAQ
and Sharp).
