Nmap Hackers: NMapWin 1.2.11 released

Hi,

New version (1.2.11) of NMapWin released.

After a lot problems with 1.2.8 and 1.2.9, both releases have been withdrawn
from sourceforge. Now the installation is not trying anymore to start the
nmap servivce. It's left up to the user to start it or not.

Also the WinPCap installation is included in the installation script. See
the help file more details. nmap 2.54beta36 seems to need winpcap now for
all Windows platforms.

Bug fixes:
 - Install: NMap service start is an installation option now.
 - WinPCap: WinPCap can be installed together with NMapWin. The uninstallation
            does not remove it afterwards (as it could be used, by other
            applications like windump etc). Deselect the option in the
            installation script, in case WinPCap is already installed.
